AI Transparency Notice

This page applies the EU’s official labelling standard for AI transparency (Art. 50 EU AI Act, voluntary Code of Practice).

This page explains how Artificial Intelligence is used within the IÈUMÌ platform, provided by IZZ2IZZ S.r.l. and distributed by Sygnaris OÜ as official EU partner and reseller.

1. What the AI feature does

IÈUMÌ includes an AI/machine learning feature that analyzes text and documents to detect similarities and extract insights (e.g. anti-plagiarism checks). This functionality is provided through integration with a third-party AI/ML API specialized in text and document analysis. Sygnaris act as deployers of this AI system within the IÈUMÌ platform, not as developers of the underlying AI model.

2. What the AI feature does not do

The AI feature does not make automated legal, financial, or contractual decisions on your behalf. It does not process biometric data, and it is not used for employment, credit scoring, or any other high-risk purpose under the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

3. Human oversight
Results produced by the AI feature are informational. Any decision based on similarity or analysis results should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon. Sygnaris do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated outputs, as this depends in part on the underlying third-party service. Every analyzed document is notarized and the resulting PDF is shown to the customer, providing a further human review point before reliance on the output.

4. Data Processing

Documents submitted for AI analysis are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any transfer to the third-party AI/ML provider necessary to perform the analysis. No AI output is used to profile individuals or trigger automated decisions with legal effect.
